Unscathed by Catholic monastery-style schooling in South Africa and Los Angeles.
Stint at Pasadena City College. Back to SA to get a degree and a diploma from WITS and The AAA School of Advertising.
Seven year tenure as a copywriter for The Jupiter Drawing Room. Picked up advertising awards such as Cannes Lions, Loeries, Promax, Clios, D&AD, One Show and others.
Co-created Crazy Monkey, a sketch-style comedy troupe who appeared on MTV worldwide for over six years.
Started doing underground and corporate stand-up comedy.
Co-wrote, acted in and helped produce the feature film, Crazy Monkey Presents: Straight Outta Benoni.
The film opened at number 1 at the South African box office.

Appeared in MTV Base’s comedy show Stay off the Grass, MTV Canada’s Coors Lite campaign and is currently shooting and finished shooting several TV pilots, corporate commercials, corporate videos, webisodes and viral and mobile content for broadcasters and brands such as DSTV’s Vuzu Channel, M-Net, Puma Running, Gold Reef City, Samsung mobile, South African Bloodbank and others.
Written articles for several publications including GQ, GQ Cars and The Star Tonight.
