3D Sound Test for your Mind

Hannah Montana and the Jonas Brothers are doing it for visual 3D, but what about audio 3D? That’s right, Peal Jam did experiment with it on their Binaural album. And the idea’s been around since the 1880′s.

Binaural sound is recorded in a special way,  putting you right in the scene. Here’s a test recording we did with the lads from Audio Arts Africa.

Even with MP3 compression, the effect can still be heard.
