Analyzing Bolt ~ with a Laser Beam

I can’t wait for New Year’s Eve, because that means another year closer to the London Olympics and my Rain-of-Pain-on-Usain. New Year’s also means lots of glazed gammon and free champagne. So it’s win-win for me.

Here I demonstrate that sprint training’s not just physical, but also requires technology… sometimes in the form of hard statistics and a specially-designed laser.
